Back to the studio on Monday!

I’ve spent the past week visiting family in my hometown in Alabama, enjoying some much-needed time to slow down, unplug, and reset. 🤍

I’m feeling refreshed and looking forward to getting back to Seaside and seeing all of you!

Celebrate First Friday with all of us at the Midcoast Health Collective. The evening will feature an exhibition of Erika Manning’s artwork, along with refreshments, conversation, and community connection. All are welcome to tour our building and individual spaces. This event is the perfect chance for those who may be interested in what “the building across from the ferry” is all about, or for professional colleagues and community members to connect.
