Today in class these little ones got to enjoy their ride while their mighty, kick@$$ mammas pulled the weight. What a great example to set for these kiddos. 💪🏼🙌🏼

Life brings things to our attention that we can ignore & stay stagnant, or we can acknowledge & choose to move through. No matter how scary or impossible it may seem at the time. Sometimes we just know we're being asked to choose differently, that our path is shifting and it's up to us to choose to follow it or get left behind in complacency. We may not be able to see how it's all going to work out, we certainly can't control it. But we can choose something each day that feels right in our heart and allows us to take a single step towards it. Every piece you have in place to give you courage and strength matters. What nurtures you?

6 months ago I invested in myself. Not for career development or continuing education, but something deep inside wanted this for ME. I listened and went all in. 💫🙌🏼♥️
I used to hide or downplay my belief in Spirituality, energy, the esoteric realm, quantum healing and more. This work has taught me just how impactful our awareness and attention to the non-physical is on our lives. If I were to ignore this or keep it to myself, it would be selfish & I wouldn't be living or acting in alignment with my truth.
So here I am. To share it with you. To serve and to grow. 🌀🤍

Graduation Day!! 👩‍🎓
6 Months of Deep Commitment to Spirit & Self. Struggles, doubts, emotions, and fears arose- naturally. But I kept my promise to myself and I'm truly proud of the work I've done & look forward to sharing it.


This has been one of the most impactful journeys of my life. I know it is only the beginning of what is to come. The people in this group inspire my heart on another level. They have seen me, held me and supported me along the way. I am so grateful to know and practice beside each of you.
I look forward to see what comes for all of us. Feeling all the things!!
