The body follows you with devotion. It does not question, it does not hesitate, it simply creates.
You may think of it like a mirror made of water. When the wind is gentle, the surface reflects the sky perfectly. When the wind becomes chaotic, the reflection changes. The water itself remains pure, responsive, alive. Your body moves in the same way, shaped by the currents of your inner world.
Caring for the body through living foods, movement, breath, and sunlight brings clarity to this reflection. Foods that grow in the sun carry the memory of vitality. They speak the same language as your cells. Movement reminds your body of flow. The sun awakens codes of life that already exist within you.
And then there is the way you speak to your body.
Your body listens like a child who trusts you completely. When you say, my body has its own intelligence, it begins to organize itself with precision and grace. When you say, my body regenerates naturally, a deeper rhythm activates within your cells. When you feel that time expands endlessly, like a horizon that keeps opening, your body aligns with that expansion.
Time is something that expands with you. It is not meant to consume you.
As time expands, your energy expands. As your energy expands, your body reflects this movement. It becomes lighter, more vibrant, more aligned with the infinite nature of your being.
You have been treating your body like a machine with an expiration date, while it has always been a work of light responding to your imagination. It is as if someone owns a magical garden and keeps asking why the flowers grow according to the seeds they planted.
You are the one planting.
Speak to your body as to a sacred ally. See it as intelligent, responsive, and alive with possibility. Allow it to follow your highest vision.
