WHAT IF “NEGATIVE ENERGY” ISN’T NEGATIVE?

We spend so much time protecting ourselves from negative energy.

Avoid it.
Clear it.
Block it.
Rise above it.

But if everything is part of the One, then where exactly is this energy coming from?

There is no outside of God.
No outside of consciousness.
No outside of the whole.

Fear is energy.
Anger is energy.
Grief is energy.
Shame is energy.
Pain is energy.

The energy itself is not always the problem.
It is the consciousness moving through it.

Healing is not pretending the dark does not exist.
It is being able to meet it without becoming it.

Anger can become clarity.
Fear can become discernment.
Grief can become tenderness.
Pain can become compassion.

What we call “negative energy” can simply be life force trapped inside a wound.

Feel it.
Witness it.
Understand it.
Move it.
Set boundaries when needed.
Stop feeding the story.

And when possible… bring it Home.

Awakening is not about escaping the parts of humanity that hurt.
It is about meeting them consciously enough that pain does not keep becoming more pain.

Nothing excluded.
Nothing worshipped.
Nothing unconsciously passed forward.

Just energy…

remembering how to become love again.

Stay curious.
Put your wings on.

What a weird Day.

First I find a bunch of photos from the past of me goofing around while painting and now I open a book I haven’t open in ages and this card was inside from when I did an art exhibition back in 2014. Wow. 😳 That long ago !!!
I guess we are being reminded to continue to create. 😍🤓🥳💃🏻👑 Well that makes sense. Being today 9/9 Which to me is all number 3s. 333 and 333. Number 9 completion. Ohhhh. Completion of a cycle. FCK yeah. And 3s is all about creation.

And a reminder that yesss. Everything is possible. There you go.
