The phase nobody talks about. 👇
Kenzie crushed her 3-month transformation. NP, business owner, mama, and now down inches with arms and a waist she’s proud of and ready to grow more muscle for the more toned look. 💪
But we’re not stopping here and we’re NOT pushing for more weight loss.
We’re starting a reverse diet.
Here’s what that means and why it matters:
🔹 When you’re in a deficit for a while, your body adapts metabolism slows, hunger increases, energy drops.
🔹 A reverse diet slowly adds calories back (think +50-100/week) so your body can re-regulate without rebound weight gain.
🔹 The result? More food, more energy, hormones recovering, and the body you worked for staying put.
The mistake most people make? They hit their goal and immediately go back to “normal eating” which usually means undoing months of work in weeks.
