Twenty years with Novo Health Care Services , which basically means I’ve survived three owners, a million changes, and enough chaos to qualify for some kind of endurance award. We’ve lost amazing friends, gained new ones, and collected enough stories to fill a book no one should ever publish.
I’ve had days where I loved my job… and days where I was one printer jam away from walking out dramatically like it was a movie scene.
But here’s the truth: there is no perfect job. You find something you enjoy, you stick with it, you grow, and you surround yourself with people who make you laugh instead of cry in the break room.
I still have days where I want to walk out — but my work family keeps me here, and honestly, who else is going to understand my daily rants the way they do?
Here’s to 20 years of surviving, thriving, and occasionally questioning my life choices. Cheers to my work family for keeping me sane. Love you all!
