Rachel Glaser grew up in Connecticut. She always felt close to God and knew that she was here for a reason.

After surviving a domestic violence assault which left her with a spinal cord and brain injury, she felt that she was here to help others in the healing process. She was diagnosed with PTSD and utilized several healing modalities. Her favorite was Reiki and since her brain injury stopped her from being a high functioning, corporate employee, she put her efforts towards learning healing modalities

to help herself and others. She was trained to be a Reiki Master and opened her Reiki practice, Hands Over Heart Reiki, in October of 2020 in Camden. She shared office space with Osteopathic Doctors and when they moved to Rockport, she went with them. She is now so grateful to have the opportunity to work at Temple Heights Spiritual Camp as she feels at home when she’s there. Rachel was trained in Reiki by Brenda Colfer of Soundings; she is a Certified Angel Guide by Kyle Gray; she’s certified in IET (Integral Energy Therapy) for humans and animals by Linda Anzelic Huitt of Pathway of Joy; she has taken angel classes with Dianna Cooper and Jill Harrison; she's learned a lot about crystals and essential oils which she integrates into her reiki sessions; she was trained in Transcendental Meditation by John Puffer; she is taking a channeling workshop soon with Bonnie Lee Gibson and she plans to be trained in Love Your Brain Foundation yoga. Rachel has a deep love for animals and volunteers at P.A.W.S. Animal Adoption Center in Camden to share the blessings of Reiki on the animals needing to find their forever homes. 🕯️🕊️ Angel Message Monday 🕊️🕯️

As I tuned in and discerned what message the angels wanted shared this week, the message I heard very clearly was this: ask for protection.

Your angels are divine beings sent to you from the heart of God. Beings created to protect, guide, and support you as you journey towards living with authenticity, truth, and love. But your angels are also in complete honour of your life experience and your free will. They will never override your choices or force their presence upon you. They wait for your invitation.

So many of us spend our lives trying to protect ourselves from the harshness of the world. We avoid certain environments, limit what we expose ourselves to, or distance ourselves from people and situations that leave us feeling unsettled or unsafe. Yet no matter how careful we are, there are still moments where we encounter energies, conversations, spaces, or experiences that put us on alert and disconnect us from peace.

The truth is, our own energy has limitations. There is only so far we can go with our own mental protection, effort, or projection. But the angels offer a protection that comes from the Divine itself — the light of God.

And they cannot bring that light fully into your experience without your permission.

So today, allow yourself to invite in the presence of your guardian angel. Ask your angel to surround you in divine light. Ask for protection not only for yourself, but for those you love too.

Allow your angel to come close.

Allow yourself to be wrapped in their wings.

Allow yourself to remember that you do not walk through this world alone.

Let us pray.

Thank you, Angel of God, for wrapping me in your light and protection.

Thank you for keeping me safe.

Thank you, angels, for extending this protection to all of my loved ones, to my family and friends, and for keeping them close in times of challenge and need.

And so it is.
