Medical claims clerk/receptionist Job Opportunity

Part Time front desk reception as well as receivables/collections clerk for a busy doctor’s office in Rockville Centre. Posting claims, contacting carriers, investigating claims and mailing/collecting patient secondary bills. Computer literacy and experience a must. Experience with insurance carriers, verifying coverage, claims follow-up a PLUS. Knowledge of medical billing and experience with payment processing, posting and secondary billing a MAJOR PLUS. Will train the right person. Evening hours plus Saturday AM.
