Collingswood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Proudly delivering next level subacute and long-term care to the local population of Rockville!

Collingswood is Montgomery County's premier nursing and rehabilitation center. Our short-term unit center helps individuals who are recovering from surgery and other acute illness. Physical, occupational and speech therapy is provided by our highly skilled team up to six days a week. Our in-house dialysis center provides dialysis services for our clients during their stay with us. We also provide a safe and secure wing for our resident's with advanced memory impairment and Alzheimer's Disease.

Collingswood Rehab is bringing to Rockville with our renovations? Our newest enhancements include updated patient rooms, refreshed dining spaces, and inviting lobby areas designed to elevate the patient and resident experience.

These improvements reflect our ongoing commitment to providing a comfortable, modern environment where individuals can focus on recovery, wellness, and quality of life. We are grateful for the strong partnerships that help us continue advancing care and creating exceptional experiences for those we serve.
