The First Year Foundational Level Training (M1-7)
Online Begins Nov 19th

"What does it mean to matter*?
Have you ever noticed how easily practitioners can begin to disappear behind their role?

Many of us were taught, implicitly or explicitly, that good holding means becoming neutral, invisible, or endlessly accommodating—that our own experience should recede so that someone else can be fully seen. While there is wisdom in cultivating spaciousness, there is a subtle difference between spacious presence and self-erasure.

What if becoming an effective practitioner isn't about becoming less of yourself?

In the first seven Modules of Alchemical Alignment, we spend time exploring a different possibility: that the person holding space matters. Not because the work is about us, but because every therapeutic relationship is shaped by the quality of our own embodiment, coherence, history, containment, and capacity to genuinely inhabit our lives.

Rather than asking how to become an empty vessel, we become curious about the vessel itself. What lives within your tissues? What movements were interrupted? What impulses toward life, relationship, creativity, grief, or joy have been quietly reorganized around adaptation? How does your nervous system shape the field before a single word is spoken?

Taking up space in a professional setting is not the same as performing confidence and charisma. It is the quiet capacity to exist fully without collapsing, overextending, disappearing, or organizing ourselves around being perceived correctly. Likewise, taking up space in our personal lives asks something different than competence—it asks for authenticity.

Many practitioners discover that they have become highly skilled at performing presence while quietly abandoning themselves. We may appear calm while disconnected from our own vitality, compassionate while suppressing our own needs, or available while subtly living in a state of low-level threat management. These adaptations often serve us well—until they begin to limit the depth of relationship that becomes possible.

Alchemical Alignment begins with the practitioner because our presence is never separate from the work. Rather than striving to become an "empty vessel," we cultivate the capacity to become a living, responsive, embodied participant in relationship. From that place, neutrality becomes less about emotional absence and more about unbounded freedom—the ability to remain open without disappearing, receptive without collapsing, and grounded without becoming rigid.

Modules 1–7 are an invitation to explore what changes when your own humanity is not an obstacle to the work, but one of its essential instruments.

If these words stir something familiar, we warmly invite you to join us for Modules 1–7 online beginning November 2026—not simply to study Alchemical Alignment, but to enter a conversation with your own embodiment, your own Spirit, and the quiet possibility that your presence has always mattered."

From Reflexive Survival to Embodied Regulation

Our primary reflexes form the foundation of our nervous system
before we ever speak or think. When these reflex pathways are
interrupted or stuck in survival function, they can drive:
• Chronic fight/flight
• Freeze or collapse
• Emotional dysregulation
• Persistent tension patterns
• Behavioral adaptations rooted in survival

In Alchemical Somatic Reflexes, you’ll learn how to recognize and
work with developmental reflexes through a somatic, trauma-informed lens.

This training is for medical providers, reflex specialists,
bodyworkers, and somatic practitioners ready to work with the
body’s deepest survival intelligence.

“Regulation begins at the Reflex level."

These skills can be applied to clients of all ages ranging from children to adults.
If any of this speaks to you, please consider joining the next Alchemical Somatic Reflex class that I am teaching in Portland, Oregon June 10-14, 2026.
