Your body responds to more than just food… it responds to stress too. 🧠✨A lot of us are out here eating “better” but still holding weight, feeling bloated, tired, or stuck and elevated cortisol could be part of the reason. Chronic stress keeps the body in survival mode, making it harder to feel and look our best. 💭💪🏽This is your reminder to slow down, protect your peace, rest, hydrate, move your body, and stop pouring from an empty cup.
