One of my clients came to me with one goal: to become pregnant.

After months of trying, feeling frustrated, and wondering what she was missing, she decided it was time to stop guessing and start looking at the bigger picture. We can’t keep blaming everything on genetics. Autoimmune disease and cancer are increasing at alarming rates, yet too few conversations address environmental toxins, chemical exposure, heavy metals, and what we’re consuming daily. Genetics may load the gun, but environment often pulls the trigger.

40% of infertility cases are linked to male factors

Yet somehow… women carry most of the blame.

Male fertility matters just as much! Like s***m quality, motility, count, morphology, hormones, lifestyle, and even gut health all play a role.

And on the female side, it’s not just “are you ovulating?”
We’re looking at hormones, thyroid function, inflammation, nutrient status, and overall body balance.
