🌿 Help Wanted: The Calm in Our (Beautifully Busy) Storm
Our naturopathic practice is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, sharp, and adaptable Front Desk & Clinical Support Assistant to help keep the office humming and the practitioner on track.
If you’re the kind of person who can greet patients warmly, juggle multiple tasks with confidence, and keep both schedules and shelves in order—you might be our person.
What You’ll Do:
* Serve as the welcoming, organized presence at the front desk
* Assist with therapy treatments as needed
* Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and organized
* Keep the office running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
* Help the naturopathic practitioner stay organized, on schedule, and focused
* Adapt calmly and effectively to a dynamic, patient-centered environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Clinic experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person
* A natural / holistic mindset strongly preferred
* Strong administrative and organizational skills are a must
* Serious, dependable, and highly reliable
* Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to think on your feet
* Professional, grounded, and patient-focused demeanor
Schedule:
* Tuesday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
* Option to work Mondays as well
