Always been a rule but it will be strictly enforced.

Waiting for the first “Too Cool” person to blatantly ignore the Sound Rules:

“What happens to so and so that used to workout here all the time?”

“That guys? He was so cool he didn’t even see the Sound Rules signs right next to the switches and speaker system and was working out blaring music at 1230am!”

“That’s weird. How can someone not see them?”

“That guy is so cool with so much aura he doesn’t even notice or see things around him like that because he’s so in the zone!”

“No way! So where has he been?”

“Check this out! He’s so cool that he won’t even work out with us anymore!”

“Really? He loved this gym! What happened?”

“He’s a ******* idiot! Got banned for life!”

We added another set of 5-50lb dumbbells in the open fitness room!

Also replaced the curl bar with a nice solid Rogue.

If the open fitness room is being used and/or will be used by any group please stick to the main dumbbell section on the other side of the gym.

May add more equipment in the future!
