Have you ever felt that work-productivity and morale among your employees could be higher? Do you notice that productivity and morale go down as the workday progresses? Many employers find that even when their staff is offered a company-matched fitness option, not enough employees take advantage of it. For too many of us, at all levels of employment, the feeling that there just isn't enough time f
or fitness overrides the knowledge of the benefits of participation. Using my background as both a certified Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer, I have created a program that brings fitness to your workplace. With as little as thirty minutes of training a week at your facility, you will notice that participating employees will have increased late-day productivity and a boost in overall morale. You will be able to witness first hand the change in your employees as they become healthier, noticing fewer workplace illnesses and even a decline in the number of sick days taken. Through this program, you can ensure that your employees will be provided with helpful options that take care of them and therefore improve the effectiveness of your business. Certified Personal Trainer
I have worked for 13 years as the Adult Fitness Director at the Rogers Activity Center designing, implementing, and developing fitness programs and activities. For 10 years, I have trained people who had surgeries, have neurological disorders, and sudden oncoming musculoskeletal aches. I have also worked for 4 years for Healthways evaluating fitness instructors. The purpose of the evaluation was to overlook instructors' training needs and foremost to ensure the exercises are safe and appropriate. I understand how our bodies go through various changes in life. I recognize that managing those changes can be difficult at times. But with the right approach, applying specific training, our body system adapts quite specifically. In other words, you get good at what you do and not at what you don’t do. What that means is that I will teach you the exact exercise, to feel better, to live your life in a healthy manner, guiding you to the ultimate goal of wellness, to improve the quality of your life. The greatest reward I receive is when a client tells me: My ache is gone, my shoulder feels better or I always feel so much better when I leave your training session. I have faced many personal challenges. I had cancer and recently broke my hip and needed a replacement. I recovered from both surgeries tremendously. Because of my knowledge and experience, my upper body was strong and helped me get up and down from seated positions. I was also able to drive again sooner than is typical because I had built a firm stronger lower body. I look forward to many more years helping people modify their lifestyle, by setting realistic goals, in order to live a longer and happier life.
