I’m grateful and joy-filled to call this space my home— a beautiful yoga and tai chi sanctuary created by Andrea, with a healing garden space, right in the middle of Fayetteville. 💐🫶🏽. Come for reiki, and stay for an AYC class :-)

🤍 If you saw my stories today, I shared that I am returning for 2 more months to Rogers (March & April).

Big changes were not in the cards for me (yet), but my little peaceful oasis will be ready to hold space again.
I will be taking this next week off, and can book sessions for March.

I will have availability most days 9 AM to 2 PM 💐

January & life updates 😇

🕯️These reiki sessions in the dark months have been potent, winter has a way of helping us go deep in our practices. Thank you to my return clients and friends for trusting me in holding healing space. Thank you for the honor.

If you’ve felt the call to learn Reiki for your self or loved ones, the next Level one class will be Jan 24. Planning for Level 2 in February, level 3 in April (Level 3 only available to my return students). Private classes of any level may be scheduled at any time.

❄️ 🦌Little life update: We are all moved into our house in Fayetteville, and looking forward to winter in our wooded neighborhood. The deer and red foxes in our neighborhood are enchanting! My babies are growing before my eyes and I can hardly believe it. My youngest just turned 4! I’m fully recovered from my October surgery and feeling good… but I’m still learning how to eat without a gallbladder 😂🙏🏽 (send help!)

Lastly I am still working in my Rogers office through January— if any moves are made I’ll post here and on my website😇

🕯️I’ll be quiet / signed off of social media for most of January. Some recalibration and refocusing. Energy flows where my attention goes 💃🏽
