Weight loss or “ozempic face”?

What is my personal favorite approach to help with this?
A lot of people hear “Radiesse” and immediately think of filler or cheek structure… but Radiesse can actually be used in very different ways!

When someone lacks structural support or bone-like projection from age related changes or weight loss, Radiesse can be used undiluted and placed deeply on bone to help rebuild structure and support the face. But when we hyperdilute Radiesse, it becomes a completely different type of treatment, one focused on collagen stimulation, skin quality, and tightening rather than structural building.

Hyperdilute Radiesse is one of my favorite regenerative treatments for:

The magic of profile balancing with strategically placed fillers!

This beautiful patient already had gorgeous features, but with a subtle amount of lip filler + chin filler, we were able to create more elongation, projection, and overall harmony to her profile 🩷

We also treated the masseters with neurotoxin to create subtle facial slimming (this has not taken effect in photo), which will continue to enhance her facial balance. The tox usually takes about 2 weeks to fully kick in and we reassess if more is needed. I used 20 units per side!

With the artistry of aesthetic medicine, the goal isn’t to overfill or change someone’s face, it’s to strategically balance proportions and enhance natural beauty in a way that still looks effortless.

Such a beautiful, refreshed under eye result 🤍

This beautiful client had a genetically hollow tear trough, so i took a conservative, strategic approach:

✨ Medial cheek support with HA filler
✨ Minimal, precise placement in the tear trough

I used enough to support the midface & soften the hollow under eye without overfilling.

And a reminder—tear trough filler is not for everyone.
It’s one of the most delicate areas to treat, and I turn more people away than I treat when it comes to filler in the tear trough. This client is young and beautiful, but had a true tear trough hollow and was a great candidate for fillers here.

In many cases, cheek support alone, surgery, or even natural forms of rejuvenation like PRF or EZ Gel are better options depending on your anatomy.

But when the right anatomy meets the right technique… it’s magic ✨ She looks amazing!

First time lip client and loving her results. This was our first building session and I plan to do one more mini building session to build her bottom lip a little more.

She has a natural V-shaped lip, meaning most of her volume sits in the center of the top lip. Injecting that area incorrectly can easily lead to “duck lips,” so strategic placement is everything.

No two lips are the same—V-shape, M-shape, all require a customized approach which you will get in my chair!🤍

Obsessed with how beautifully these turned out!
