Phelps County Industrial Solutions, formally known as the Rolla Sheltered Workshop, is a nonprofit organization that exists to provide meaningful employment to people with disabilities. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for the people we serve through vocational growth, experience, and community inclusion.

As a reminder to employee who are working today (7/2/26) - PCIS will be providing lunch for all employees who attend work today. If you were off but wanted to work today, please let us know that you will be working today so schedules can be adjusted

ATTENTION! A new AC unit will be installed today! A crane is necessary to place the new unit on the roof of our building. We ask everyone to use caution and be respectful today of the Hartley’s and Sign Dimension crews and give them space to get the unit installed efficiently. If an employee is being dropped off or picked up, please use caution to keep everyone safe!
