You have probably already heard but Osama Bin Laden has been killed! While I was teaching my University 101 class on September 11,2001, the horrific events of 9/11/01 were happening. Students were subdued throughout their fall semester and we had to have some counseling sessions during that time. People always remember where they were at 9/11. I was with my UNIV 101 students. :)

Well, you all are almost done with your first year here at USC! Where has the time gone? It just seems like yesterday when you entered my University 101 class. Congratulations on making it through the first year, have a great summer, and continued good luck and best wishes for the rest of your collegiate career!
