like my self, who overcame debilitating Crohn's Disease caused by extreme gluten sensitivity and other emotional factors--after learning how to harness the power of holistic nutrition. Holistic Nutritionists meet with clients and individualize treatment plans that include "baby step" changes in diet, lifestyle, and mindset while also offering a broad spectrum of services including healthy cooking classes and recipes, email support, health food tours, and kitchen “pantry raids.” I am willing to fully except the blame for family members who are reluctant to change.
