🎉 Celebrating 51 Remarkable Years of Service! 🎉

Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center gathered yesterday to honor Administrator Joy Wood as she begins a well-deserved retirement following an incredible 51-year career!

Throughout her five decades of service, Joy has held nearly every nursing and leadership role imaginable—from CNA, LPN and RN to Supervisor, Unit Manager, Nurse Educator, Director of Nursing and Administrator. Her experience, compassion and commitment have made a lasting impact on the lives of thousands of residents and employees. 👏

Joy has always been passionate about teamwork, problem-solving and mentoring others. Her dedication to professional growth, resident satisfaction and quality care has made her a wonderful reflection of everything Roscoe represents. 🥰

As Joy begins this exciting new chapter filled with family, boating and travel, she passes the torch to Lindsey Parks, who has stepped into the role of Administrator. We know Lindsey will continue moving Roscoe forward while building upon the strong foundation Joy helped create. 🤝
