Booked and busy!
Although I wish I could accept everyone looking to book doula services with me I have to limit to a few clients each month so I can ensure I am available to show up for everyone, and still have time with my family! (Luckily we have a lot of great doulas in our area)

This journey from labor to now- two months postpartum has been filled with so many different emotions. From grieving the birth I had envisioned to navigating motherhood with a newborn and toddler. It is easy to get lost in your feelings and self doubt. I have really had to remind myself it’s okay, not to be okay.
