Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas out there 🤍 I see you, I honor you, and I’m sending you so much love today.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on my births and the ways each one has transformed me.

Dakota, you made me a mother and showed me a strength I never knew I had.

Landry, you cracked me wide open and taught me how to surrender to the becoming — to embrace the new version of myself with more softness and grace.

Wilder, you showed me the power of the mind, of slowing down, of deep inner work… and that when we truly trust ourselves, we can create the birth — and life — we dream of.

Motherhood has stretched me, humbled me, healed me, and transformed me in ways I never could have imagined. And somehow, with each baby, I’ve come home to myself a little more.

Forever grateful for these three souls — and endlessly thankful they chose me to be their mama 💫 🌟 ✨

I’ve been quiet here for a while.

The truth is, Landry’s birth was a moment my whole life felt like it had been leading toward. It cracked me open to a version of myself I didn’t expect, and changed how I experience my motherhood, my inner world, and what I feel called to share.

This past year has been one of deep learning and softening — guided by women who expanded me at exactly the right time, especially Melissa Wood Tepperberg, Elizabeth Orrigo, and Neha Ruch.

Learning about my Human Design these last few months has also shifted everything. Understanding myself as a Manifestor, and trusting my splenic intuition, has brought a deep sense of peace and clarity — a knowing that this season is exactly where I’m meant to be.

This photoshoot is a reflection of that transformation — of the woman I’ve become. Softer. Clearer. More embodied. And I couldn’t be more proud of her.

And so, while Instagram has long been a place where I’ve shared milestones and moments of transition, I’m letting Substack become the space where I share more fully — the thoughts, feelings, and inner work that haven’t always felt right to hold here.

Babymoon bliss in Rosemary Beach🤰🏼🌙 ☀️

Between sunshine, beach walks, early bedtimes, bike rides, fresh seafood, workouts, and a couples massages, our stay at has been pure relaxation. We’ve been keeping a little secret…

Baby Boo #3 is joining our family in February 2026 🤍 We are over the moon to be blessed with another sweet human to love!

Dakota and Landry have been showering the baby in my belly with endless kisses, and it melts our hearts every time 🥹

This time, we’re keeping the gender a surprise until birth, and we’re excited for our very first home birth experience. Counting down the days until we meet this precious soul! ✨

Summer in Whitefish, MT☀️

The food was fresh and the temps were perfection 🙌🏻 We hiked every day with the kids, and honestly, we were blown away by them—especially Dakota, who crushed a nearly 3-mile hike in Glacier National Park with the biggest smile, giggling (sound on!) through rock scrambles and sliding in snow patches like it was nothing. 🥾❄️

It’s wild seeing the world through their eyes—kids are so much stronger than we realize, and they truly love being out in nature. Pure joy. 🌲💛

Our hiking essentials? hiking backpack, hats, all the sunscreen, snacks, and of course, plenty of hydration to keep everyone happy and fueled. 👏

CHUGGA CHUGGA TWO TWO! We had the best time celebrating our little man who makes us laugh every.single.day.

I have always loved my birthday bc my mom made them so special for me growing up. Now that I have my own babies, it brings me so much joy to do the same for them! Landry’s birthday was no exception and the smile on his face was priceless. 

Plus, I love hosting a fun-filled event with nourishing (“little adapts” approved!) food and nonstop entertainment for the little ones—so they’ll leave full, happy, and ready for nap time! Here are the deets:
