💊 No blood thinners such as Advil or Ibuprofen 3-5 days before/after treatment​​​​​​​​
🍸 No alcohol or smoking for 24-48 hours before/after your appointment⁣​​​​​​​​
✨ Start taking Arnica supplements to help prevent bruising​​​​​​​​
🥙 Eat a light meal prior to your treatment to prevent any lightheadedness ⁣​​​​​​​​
