Ever wonder what it really takes to build a career? Skills, confidence, community — and someone who believes in you.

That's what Unified Work is all about. 🧳

Launched in 2017 by MDI, Unified Work is a free career readiness program that equips people with disabilities with the soft skills they need to thrive — from communication and leadership to grit and teamwork.

Since day one, more than 1,200 people have graduated from Unified Work Academy. But we're just getting started. Our goal: 1 million learning experiences by 2030.

A partnership built on shared values and a belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to shine. As an official partner of the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games, MDI is proud to support a national event rooted in inclusion and athletic achievement.
