Midway Marketplace by Allianz Field was just sold for $6 million, and the buyer has connections tied to H Mart leadership and previous H Mart projects.

H Mart is basically the Target of Asian grocery stores, but more Korean-focused.

Nothing has been officially announced yet, but the pieces are definitely interesting.

If this turns into Minnesota’s first H Mart, that Midway location could get a whole lot busier.

KOREA JUST DID THAT!?

A South Korean court has recognized a same-sex couple's long-term relationship as a legally protected partnership and ordered one partner to pay damages following their breakup, marking another significant ruling for LGBTQ rights in the country.

Although same-sex marriage remains unrecognized under South Korean law, the court found that the couple's 26-year relationship deserved legal protection comparable to a common-law partnership, allowing compensation for emotional distress after the separation. The decision is being viewed as another milestone in the gradual expansion of legal recognition for same-sex couples in South Korea.
