I had so much fun baking today! It reminded me of how much I used to love spending time in the kitchen whipping up treats from scratch. Maddie and Bryson always appreciate the homemade goodness, and it felt amazing to share some with my neighbors—both new and familiar faces. There’s just something so special about spreading a little sweetness around!

Yes… I know… I’m finally getting around to sharing my last show of the year experience😃
My first show did not leave me feeling 🌈’s & 🦋’s. First show was definitely “first show s**t show” 😵‍💫But I’m totally over that. Second show was better than the first show…. And the 3rd Show was …. Dare I say I had FUN 🥳
put on a Well Organized show. I knew exactly when the Women would be going on stage, there was a list backstage of the order of Classes with our names & numbers & the crew calling out the order were clear & loud & fun!! I met so many amazing women, I loved our crew/team togetherness backstage…. And I had Zero mishaps!
I have to give Kudos to my amazing coach Anne .lemus_ifbbpro for putting up with me 😅 I was VERY Compliant with workouts & macros/food… never missed, never wavered! However… I wasn’t so compliant with checkin’s & photos 😬Just didn’t want to & having so much on my plate…known as Life…. If it didn’t suit me … I didn’t do it.. haha funny not funny to Anne 🙃
Being in Prep mode for almost 8 months was easy and not a big deal until around month 6… I felt myself getting Testy, Depleted…. if one more person asked me what I ate…. Why i go to the gym so early…. Oh boy 🔪🔪🔪🔪Oh Lordy!😂 Thank you sooooo much to my friends and clients for Grace 🥴
I’m looking forward to competing next year & can’t wait to see what shows my coach thinks I should compete in🤩
I’m not an expert in fitness & nutrition… I’m My expert & I feel sooooo good in my skin & love being a role model & inspiration for others and Absolutely LOVE BEING A CRAZY FUN CARING LOVING GO TO MOM TO Maddie .thairidgeback & Bryson …. Probably the coolest people I know ❤️

Welp! Second show ✔️was a better experience as a Whole. Still not what I would consider “fun” but I was somewhat more relaxed, if that is even the word that best describes my vibe 🥴. I did however almost have an “incident”🥴and really crack myself up that I literally ran in flip flops, dangling bedazzled earrings, bejeweled thong bikini through the halls of the convention center….. and all was good! 🤦🏻‍♀️🫣
Training and Food are always on point, even when the house flooded. Again… I felt like a Winner even before hitting the stage as my Friends and Clients are the Best Encouragers and Hype Team! My Biggests Fans of course are Maddie, Bryson, Rob & my Mom❤️✨I am a lucky girl…. And I Really should be sponsored by Lifesaver Wintergreen Mints Individually Wrapped Candy Goodness

Well…. I did my first Bikini Fitness competition this last weekend in Tahoe….. Can’t say it was fun, but can’t say it was awful either. I Enjoyed Prepping for the competition Most! I Absolutely ❤️ working out. IYKYN… right!!?!? I’ve been working out for as long as I can remember. It’s my jam my time. So this isn’t/wasn’t something new to me.
All the beauty prep that goes into these competitions seems a bit much for just a short 30 seconds on stage for a possible medal…. And to boot, this sport is so subjective… Do I need a strangers validation or a medal to prove my body and hard work and commitment/lifestyle and the work I have put in??? I don’t. It was an experience and a very long brutal day with Lots…. Lots of Hours of downtime with no real concrete schedule, which was difficult for my ocd a**l personality. Brutal
I’m very proud and happy with my figure and will be doing another show in October to make All of This Worth it🤪🤦🏻‍♀️ I tell ya…. My friends support has Meant the World to me! Thank you so much!!! This is My 54 🤩
