🌿 Greenville Rancheria Tribal Council Representing Our Community! 🌿

Greenville Rancheria is proud to recognize two of our Tribal Council members attending the **California Rural Indian Health Board (CRIHB) Conference at Table Mountain!**

We would like to introduce our Tribal Council representatives pictured:

🌿 Crystal York – Tribal Council Secretary/Treasurer

Both serve as CRIHB Board Members, representing Greenville Rancheria and collaborating with Tribal leaders from across California to strengthen partnerships, exchange knowledge, and explore innovative ideas and opportunities that can benefit our Tribal members and community.

Through their participation in conferences, trainings, and leadership discussions, our representatives continue working to strengthen Tribal health services, advocate for the needs of our members, and bring valuable information and resources back to Greenville Rancheria.

💚 Our Tribal members are at the heart of everything we do! We look forward to sharing more updates about the work our Tribal Council is doing to represent our Tribe, build meaningful partnerships, and support a stronger, healthier future for our community.

🧡 Every Child Matters. 🧡

Today, September 30, CRIHB staff wear orange in observance of Orange Shirt Day, remembering the American Indian children who never made it home from boarding schools and honoring survivors, their families, and our communities.

We wear orange because these children deserve to be remembered, their stories deserve to be heard, and survivors deserve to be supported. We stand with the families who continue to carry this grief and with those working toward truth, healing, and accountability.

At CRIHB, our commitment to the health and well-being of American Indian people includes honoring this history and supporting the cultural connections that sustain future generations.

Tribal and urban Indian organization leaders are invited to join IHS for an informational listening session on October 20 during the National Congress of American Indians 83rd Annual Convention and Marketplace in Palm Springs, California.

IHS will provide an overview of the Health Care Facilities Construction Priority System, review the remaining projects on the IHS Facilities Construction Priority List and their status, and explain how Congress funds health care facilities construction. The session will also provide an opportunity for Tribal and urban Indian organization leaders to share perspectives and discuss strategies for advancing and completing the remaining projects.
