Tomorrow is the day and we honestly cannot wait.

Right Spot Wellness is heading back to Southside Back in the Day for the 17th annual community festival at Phelps Park in South Minneapolis.

What started 17 years ago as a backyard reunion among friends has turned into one of the most special community traditions in the Twin Cities.

Over 1,000 residents, families, and local organizations come together every year for a full day of live music, art, food, sports, and real community connection.

This year's lineup includes Jamela Pettiford, Just Being Me Dance Company, DJ Kimuel Hailey, the Starlite Band, Se'Anna Johnson, and the Royal Red Hat Sabathanettes.

Nurse Felicia, Dr. Tin, and Dr. Perm will be out there all day. Come find us, bring the family, and let's enjoy the day together.

This Saturday, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟱, Right Spot Wellness will be at A Community Conversation on Everyday Health in Minneapolis and we want you there too.

The event runs from 𝟭𝟭 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟮 𝗣𝗠 at the Cancer and Cardiovascular Research Building, 𝟮𝟮𝟯𝟭 𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁 𝗦𝗘, 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝟭-𝟮𝟭𝟬. It is free and open to everyone.

This gathering brings together community health leaders, clinicians, and everyday people to talk about prevention, self-advocacy, and the real choices that shape long-term health in Black communities. Nurse Felicia, Dr. Perm, and Dr. Tin will all be representing Right Spot Wellness.
