Hi all, first and foremost, thank you so much for the support since November 2014. nook's Organic has been an amazing journey for us and we are all grateful for the support throughout the years, but as many of you know, we had to close our doors on June 1st, 2023. However...

I've been juggling with the idea of creating a nook's Natural. This will be the same basket of products, but will include natural ingredients abiding by the "Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen". This will allow our food costs to be lower and our price point to be lower as well. The advantage? We can appeal to a wider range of customers looking for organic and natural products. Also, this opens up many more location possibilities - we can now be in many middle class, high traffic communities (think Old Country Road, or Hicksville/East Meadow). It is also a more feasible potential franchise model.

On a personal note - In February 2022, I moved to Las Vegas, where I currently reside and own and operate an organic and natural bagel concept called Abel's Bagels. Check us out . We are off to a great start here.

I still feel strongly about nook's and would love to see it continue to stay alive and grow (many of you have also messaged me expressing your disappointment in us closing), but for that to happen I would like to know if anyone is interested in partnering?

I'm looking for and investor/manager who would be willing to own/operate/manage internal operations of the store. I can provide "the template" and ongoing consulting among other remote tasks - I have gained a wealth of knowledge of the juice bar and fast casual food business. What equipment to buy? Where to source ingredients? What are the hot items that sell? How much to charge? Where to open? How to set up a store? Train staff. Etc.

Dear loyal customers - nook's Organic needs your help and support. Since 2014 we have been serving the Roslyn and surrounding communities with organic acai, bowls, smoothies, juices, and more recently poke and sushi burritos. For the last 6 months we have seen a great decline in sales and in order to help with the decline we are reaching out to you all for help!

Many of you have made many great memories here at nook's! For some, it was a first acai bowl experience! For other's is was a gathering of laughs and good times with friends and families. Over the last 9 years we have seen young teenagers blossom into young adults - beloved customers that have moved away and new ones that have moved here to Roslyn, Manhasset, Port Washington and the surrounding areas! Whatever your experience, if you could find it in your heart to help that would be much appreciated!
