Reiki Training: A Journey Through All Three Levels
Discover the practice of Reiki and deepen your connection with yourself and others through a comprehensive three-level Reiki training journey.
My Reiki classes are designed to guide you through Reiki Level One, Reiki Level Two, and Reiki Level Three, with each level building upon the knowledge and experience gained in the previous one. At each level, you will receive your Reiki attunement and learn techniques to develop and strengthen your Reiki practice.
Reiki Level One — Healing Yourself
Reiki Level One introduces you to the foundations of Reiki and focuses primarily on self-healing and personal practice.
You will learn how to connect with Reiki energy and incorporate it into your daily life. This level provides the foundation for developing your own Reiki practice and learning how to support your personal well-being.
At this level, you will receive your Reiki Level One attunement.
Reiki Level Two — Healing Others
Reiki Level Two takes your practice to a deeper level and introduces techniques for working with Reiki to support others.
You will build upon the foundation of Level One and learn how to offer Reiki to other people. This level expands your understanding and practice of Reiki while helping you develop greater confidence in working with others.
You will receive your Reiki Level Two attunement and continue developing your Reiki practice.
Reiki Level Three — Distance Reiki & Advanced Practice
Reiki Level Three is the next step in your Reiki journey, allowing you to deepen your practice and learn techniques for offering Reiki from a distance.
You will explore distance Reiki practices and continue developing your connection with Reiki energy. This level is designed for students who are ready to take their Reiki practice to a deeper level.
You will receive your Reiki Level Three attunement, along with certification upon completion of the training.
Your Reiki Journey
Whether you are beginning your Reiki journey or looking to deepen an existing practice, these three levels provide a path for learning, personal growth, and developing your ability to practice Reiki.
Reiki Level One: Learn to practice Reiki for yourself.
Reiki Level Two: Learn to practice Reiki with others.
Reiki Level Three: Learn advanced practices, including distance Reiki.
Each level includes its own Reiki attunement and builds upon the previous level, allowing you to grow your knowledge and experience step by step.
If you feel called to begin or continue your Reiki journey, I invite you to be trained by me. I can do group classes or private one on one classes.
