Sunday Progress Check-In πͺ
Same dress.
Six months apart.
As a coach, people sometimes assume that once you've reached a certain level of fitness, the work is done. The reality is that fitness is a lifelong journey of adjustments, recommitment, and continuous improvement.
The photo on the left was six months ago.
The photo on the right was 2 weeks ago.
Not because I discovered some secret formula, but because I stayed committed to the fundamentals:
βοΈ Structured training
βοΈ Consistent nutrition
βοΈ Patience with the process
βοΈ Determination when motivation wasn't there
Being fit over 40 doesn't have to be complicated.
It requires a plan.
It requires consistency.
It requires trusting the process long enough to see the results.
Over the last six months, I've continued to focus on improving body composition, building strength, protecting my longevity, and becoming the strongest version of myselfβnot just for today, but for the decades ahead.
Progress doesn't always mean starting over. Sometimes it means continuing to show up, refining the process, and proving to yourself that you're capable of more.
June is here, and I'm excited to see what's possible over the next 30 days.
What are your goals for June? Share them below and let's hold each other accountable. π
