Roundup Memorial Healthcare is a 25-bed critical access hospital with an integrated provider clinic serving Musselshell, Golden Valley, Fergus, and Yellowstone Counties. There are three distinct units at the facility that provide professional healthcare to the community: our clinic, ER/hospital, and our extended care unit. Our facility, which is Medicare and Medicaid certified, offers inpatient an

d outpatient care, laboratory, x-ray and other diagnostic imaging, and physical therapy. We also provide specialized services and outreach clinics for hearing as well as well-woman and well-child care, care for chronic illnesses, immunizations, and more. We were informed today by Roundup Schools that they will require the sports physical to be completed in full, not just the medical history form. Although the Montana High School Association (MHSA) allows most students to complete only the history form this year, the school district has elected to require a full physical pending board approval.
This information was not known at the time our flyer was distributed and posted on social media. RMH has historically followed MHSA rules and regulations, so we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this change may cause.
To help families plan accordingly:
• Roundup Schools will require a full sports physical.
• Other schools may continue to accept the history form only, per MHSA guidelines.
We recommend parents confirm their specific school’s requirement prior to their appointment. Our clinic staff is also happy to help answer questions or guide you on what form is needed.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to ensure compliance with each school’s requirements.
