✅ If you become ill, please contact us during business hours so we can do our best to see you before the holiday.

When stress starts to build, don't underestimate the power of a simple walk.

🚶‍♀️ Even 10–20 minutes can:

Reduce stress hormones
Improve mood
Clear your mind
Boost energy
Support heart health

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is step outside, take a deep breath, and put one foot in front of the other.

Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. ❤️

🏈 Before the first whistle blows, ask these two questions.

As parents, we trust coaches to prepare our children for the game but it's also important to know how they're prepared for an emergency.

Before your athlete takes the field this season, ask:

✅ Does the team have an emergency action plan for medical emergencies?
✅ Is an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) available at practices and games, and does everyone know where it is?

In a cardiac emergency, every minute matters. A prepared team can save a life.

While you're at it, make sure your child has an up-to-date sports physical, stays well hydrated, and knows to speak up if they experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or fainting during exercise.

A little preparation before the season starts can make all the difference.
