🌿✨ Passport to Success Teens Explore Holistic Wellness with Teresa Partridge! ✨🌿 Last week, our Passport to Success Teens had the opportunity to learn about the connection between the mind, body, and spirit during a special wellness session with Teresa Partridge, founder and intuitive guide of The Happy Sol Holistic Wellness Center in Roxboro, NC. 💚

Teresa introduced our teens to the powerful ways that music, aromas, energy balance, and chakras can influence how we feel emotionally, mentally, and physically. Through engaging discussions and hands-on learning, participants discovered how reducing stress and creating emotional balance can help them achieve their optimal health and well-being. 🌞🎶🧘‍♀️
The session focused on empowering teens to make healthy choices and explore natural wellness tools that can support positive habits, self-care, and personal growth. Teresa shared how intentional practices can help build confidence, improve emotional awareness, and create lasting lifestyle changes that support a healthier future. 🌱✨

Students also learned about AromaTouch, a technique designed to help the body relax, reduce stress, and restore balance. In addition, Teresa discussed the Symphony of the Cells® Protocols, which use carefully selected essential oils to support specific wellness goals. Teens explored how essential oils can be used as part of preventive wellness practices and for mood and emotional support. 🌸🌿
Experiences like these help our teens gain valuable life skills, develop greater self-awareness, and discover healthy ways to manage stress and navigate life's challenges. We are grateful to Teresa for sharing her expertise and inspiring our youth to prioritize their well-being and embrace healthy habits that can last a lifetime. 💚🙌

The Happy Sol is now operating at its new temporary location in Roxboro NC.

We are located at 511 Carver Dr, Roxboro NC
In the basement of Saunder's Chiropractric.

New hours are Mon through Sat
10am to 5pm

Due to weather conditions, The Happy Sol will be closed 2/2 and 2/3.

The center is moving, temporarily, to 515 Carver Dr, Roxboro while the permanent center in Durham is being completed.

We will be closed 1/14/26 through 1/31/26.

We will reopen Monday, 2/2/26 with new hours: Mon - Saturday 10a to 5p.

Center update....
I have a new location in mind in Durham. Currently exploring a buildout with tentative reopening late April or May 2026.

In the mean time, I'm exploring setting up a temporary space in Durham with one egg operational.

I'm taking appointments at the Roxboro location through 1/14/26.

More to come as it unfolds.

BIG News!!

A Sacred Shift at The Happy Sol

After 4 years at our current location, The Happy Sol is preparing to move. Our lease is ending, and the time has come for us to follow the next step in our journey.

While I had hoped to remain through the winter, the building is undergoing changes that require us to relocate sooner than expected. That said, I will continue serving you throughout this transition—both energetically and practically.

In-person sessions will conclude by January 14, 2026 and will resume late January.
Remote sessions will conclude by January 14, 2026 and will resume January 21, 2026.

This move is not a closing—it’s an opening! A new center is forming, and I would love for you to be part of that evolution.
