Or you can go back to your 9-5 and live the rest of your life wondering what it would feel like to get out of this cageā€¦

I was sick of my own s**t &Ā decided to get serious about this journey ofĀ healing my trauma & becoming what my spiritĀ is capable of

This journey was LONELY AF - but IĀ leaned into it

I started traveling alone, spending time inwards & leaned all the way into my business.
I invested in mentors, quit my 9-5 & went ALL IN

But still found myself sabotaging,
struggling to let old people & habitsĀ go..
I couldnā€™t call in more than $2k aĀ month & I started to feel defeated

What I was missing was that my nervous system needed to expand & evolve with me

My identity was still rooted in survival
An identify rooted in survival IS NOT the identity that heals & evolves

I needed to release trauma, emotions & narratives keeping my body living in my past so I could finally MOVE FORWARD and welcome this new life, that had been calling me, with open arms

I chose my soul mission
I chose the uncomfortable, unknown path that
lead me to wealth & success
I chose healing, evolution, breaking generational cycles
I chose the deeeep reprogramming, the crying the screaming, the rewiring, the expanding, the releasing & the surrendering

I look back on my journey & think that was the one thing that truly brought me love, a 6 figure
business, freedom, travel & community

When the cage I was in couldnā€™t hold me anymoreā€¦ šŸ•Šļø

When I speak to clients in my spaces who feel
trapped in their bodies &
questioning their purpose of being on this earthā€¦

I feel it in my BONES.

I know what it feels like it feel
lost,
depressed,
living an identity that was fabricated to fit in,
swallowing your words to keep the peace,
having to accept what was done to you is never going to have closure,
asking yourself maybe this is just what life is like?

You battle demons, you keep it moving, work your ass off, pay your bills, let loose on the weekends

But when your identity is rooted in
SURVIVING you truly canā€™t see
a live worth living

I followed all the steps:
Go to college
Get a job
Work HARDER than everyone else
1 vacation a year if youā€™re lucky
Become a cog in the machine to make it

Coming from someone who went from living in her car,
addicted to numbing herself & attempting to end it
all at one point

to graduating penn state, climbing
corporate ladders into management roles working
alongside VPs & CEOs

I thought I MADE ITā€¦

But I couldnā€™t shake the feeling I was meant for something bigger

I was breaking down in the bathroom stalls at
work, my body started shutting down, my vision
became blurred, stress reigned so much havoc
on my body I was in & out of the hospital,
getting blood work & brain scans

Asking myself - why is my body failing me...

My spirit was calling to me & my body was fighting it

I was wired for survival, struggle, & chaos ...
so thatā€™s where I stayed

The call got so loud I was propelled
into a spiritual awakening

I had no idea what this meant at the time,
I just knew I felt like the cage I was in couldnā€™t hold me anymore

I burned my life to the ground, left my 5 yr relationship & life as I knew it

I moved back home & said Iā€™m going to learn how to go into wellness coaching (I was really into wellness & fitness as this time)

I had the biggest ego death in my life & I felt the
most lost Iā€™ve ever been

I lost 20 pounds because I was riddled with anxiety & couldnā€™t bare to eat

2021 was the year of spiritual warfare

But then, the universe placed me in front of a large mirror
& said ā€œLiz, you have to make a choiceā€

Somatic Alchemy - My Soul Driven Mastermind is HEREāœØ

As an entrepreneur, I look back at the days I was crying in the stalls at my 9-5, daydreaming how to start a business & making wellness videos in my kitchen on how to cook an artichoke šŸ˜‚

From the outside I had it all:
I climbed corporate ladders effortlessly into management roles, working with CEO & VPs on strategy & design

But I always felt a large part of me unfililled - Deep down I had a part of me that dreamt big too, this power that was waiting to be used within ME rather following others

And when I finally did, I hit a wall.

My whole life I was shown you have to hustle & sell your soul to be ā€œwealthyā€ - we arenā€™t one of ā€˜themā€™ and it doesnā€™t come easily to us

I lived out of my car since 17, my mom had 3 jobs to make ends meet & I worked 2 jobs throughout school just to have groceries

So sure, I took a leap to start my business.. but I played it safe

I failed to honor my innate ability to think outside the box, to boldly go against the grain, and to tap into my creativity.

I clung to the story in my head this wasnā€™t my story, I was only meant to be behind the scenes , but my body was craving more and the longer I shoved this energy and intuition down the deeper I fell into anxiety and feeling ā€œstuckā€ in my life

The moment I learned about nervous systems - everything changed

My body felt safe in my old programming - thing is that Identity was wired to survive so it kept me scarce, fearful & prepared to fail to protect me

I had to release the trauma within my body before I could hold a higher frequency and feel aligned doing so

Expanding my capacity & releasing my blocks lead to
