Hi friends! Fun news over here at Just Be 🤩

We've been building a little metaphysical shop inside our wellness center, and she's beautifullll! 😍Our store is a collaboration with Suncatcher Wellness to give you a boutique-style collection of crystals, crystal jewelry, suncatchers, sage, incense, tarot and oracle cards, and more! ✨

Every piece is thoughtfully selected to inspire intention, presence, and everyday self-care. A crystal on your desk, a deck you pull from in the morning, incense burning while you take five minutes just for you, these are all tiny anchors back to yourself when the day feels overwhelming.

If you've been someone who lingers a little too long in the crystal aisle, who has a drawer of half used sage, who collects oracle decks like they're going out of style (they're not, they're never going out of style 😏), then come visit us! 🩵

Introducing the Just Be Method™

There comes a point in many healing journeys where doing more isn't the answer.

Every Sunday, I host a free meditation on Zoom called Heal & Make Friends 🤩

It's one hour, it's free, and it's one of my favorite things I do all week!

Here's how it goes: we start by getting to know each other a little (because community is a big part of how I approach healing), then I share what themes have been showing up lately: emotionally, relationally, in the body, etc. Then we do something about it! We close with a guided meditation rooted in the four pillars of Just Be Method™ with nervous system support as the foundation:

~Energy Awareness
~Authentic Living

People often leave feeling grounded, a little lighter, and surprised by how much they needed it.

Spring is supposed to feel fresh and new, and instead your body might be like, “We’re holding onto everything actually.”

Puffiness.
Sinus pressure.
That weird heavy/sluggish feeling.

A lot of this has to do with your lymphatic system, which helps support your body’s natural clearing processes.

BUT

It doesn’t have its own pump, so it relies on things like movement.
(Which we sometimes forget about)

Lymphatic drainage is a super gentle, rhythmic session that supports this flow — without going deep into the muscles.
