Every Sunday, I host a free meditation on Zoom called Heal & Make Friends 🤩
It's one hour, it's free, and it's one of my favorite things I do all week!
Here's how it goes: we start by getting to know each other a little (because community is a big part of how I approach healing), then I share what themes have been showing up lately: emotionally, relationally, in the body, etc. Then we do something about it! We close with a guided meditation rooted in the four pillars of Just Be Method™ with nervous system support as the foundation:

~Energy Awareness
~Authentic Living
People often leave feeling grounded, a little lighter, and surprised by how much they needed it.
