Okay, if you can get past my flyaways and my inability to say the word “specificity,” I’m actually saying something important here.
One of the most courageous things you can do is get honest and specific about what you want.
Not:
“I want to lose weight.”
But:
“I want to lose 10 pounds by September.”
Not:
“I want to feel better.”
But:
“I want more energy, better sleep, less brain fog, and confidence in my body.”
Clarity creates direction, and direction creates better decisions.
And better decisions, repeated over time, create transformation.
The hard part isn’t setting the goal.
The hard part is holding yourself accountable to becoming the person who can sustain it.
Define the target. Build the identity. Practice becoming.
Happy Motivational Monday. ❤️
