Okay, if you can get past my flyaways and my inability to say the word “specificity,” I’m actually saying something important here.

One of the most courageous things you can do is get honest and specific about what you want.

Not:
“I want to lose weight.”

But:
“I want to lose 10 pounds by September.”

Not:
“I want to feel better.”

But:
“I want more energy, better sleep, less brain fog, and confidence in my body.”

Clarity creates direction, and direction creates better decisions.

And better decisions, repeated over time, create transformation.

The hard part isn’t setting the goal.

The hard part is holding yourself accountable to becoming the person who can sustain it.

Define the target. Build the identity. Practice becoming.

For the past 15 years I have coached men and women around health, fitness, mindset, and lifestyle transformation.

And what I’ve learned is simple: We spend too much time waiting.

* Waiting to feel motivated.
* Waiting to feel confident.
* Waiting until the timing is right.

We know life changes when we move.

Movement creates momentum, momentum creates change and change creates possibility and opportunity.

Movement Motivates® is more than a new name. It’s a philosophy.

A reminder that the next step matters more than the perfect plan.

Welcome to the next chapter.

Move first.

The change you seek begins IN you.

“I eat clean…I don’t get it.”

I hear this every week. And you know what, you probably do. Just not as consistently as you think.

When we actually look at the data, most people are:

* 4 days dialed in
* 3 days a little off

That’s 57% consistency.

Now layer this in…

It only takes about +200 calories per day to gain 20 lbs in a year.

Just small extras…repeated consistently.

This is why awareness matters.

Not to restrict you, but to show you where your results are actually coming from.

Because your body is always responding…even when you’re not paying attention.

So instead of frustration, try curiosity:

Where is your 43%?

That’s the lever!

I am extra grateful today.

Left it all on the mat yesterday at my Bulgarian Bag Certification…and wow, I felt every second of it.

It’s been a long time since I’ve stepped into an in person physical event like that, and this one didn’t just meet me, it challenged me, humbled me, and lit something back up.

Sore in new places, pushed in new ways, played in absolute presence. Humbled to be led by .hosick 🫶🏻 and

Movement always brings me back, to my body, my breath, my peace.

Thank you for the experience, every single one of you.

Movement motivates. Always.

Didn’t feel like it…Did it anyway.
That’s how champions are built.

“Quoteful Friday”
A quote that I’ve been sitting with this week:

“Discipline is choosing what you want most over what you want now.”

This one keeps reminding me that growth is usually built in the smaller, day to day moments no one sees.

The moment we pause before reacting…Like choosing warm lemon water over a handful of chocolate chips (yup, I’m human), Or going for a walk even if it’s cold and rainy, we choose the walk.

All the moments I KEEP MY PROMISES TO MYSELF.

Not perfectly…we just simply realign and make a choice that honors what we want most, not our current emotional state.

Wellness Wednesday looked like this
35 pounds on my back, up Camel’s Back Park
again…and again…and again…and again…and again.

Someone asked me, “What are you training for?”

I was like: “nothing…and everything.”

I do hard things because I love what they build in me.

Every step, every breath, every moment I want to stop but don’t…I’m building someone I trust, respect and value.

Hard things shape your character.
They build resilience.
They make life feel lighter…because you’ve carried heavier.

So no, I’m not training for a race.

I’m training for life. We all are.

If you’ve been starting over more times than you can count…message me to get started.
