🚨Update from the pharmacy trenches. Pillnelope here. 💊🪿

We want to remind you that the pharmacy will be CLOSED Monday, May 25 for Memorial Day. Please check your prescriptions and make sure if you need refills, you have all your geese in a row before we close.

Call, text, or stop by this week so you’ll be set for the holiday weekend.

I’ll keep the girls in line around here, but help do your part so we can all have a great weekend. 🪿

We will be OPEN Saturday from 9–12, then back Tuesday with regular hours.

Remember: your lack of planning is not our emergency. I can fix insurance rejections like a boss, but I cannot magically refill your medication after you ignored 14 reminder texts.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Pillnelope. 💊🪿

I may look like a sweet little porch goose, but make no mistake — I run this pharmacy now. I keep the drive-thru moving, fix insurance rejections like a boss, and monitored 37 phone calls that started with:
“I’m completely out of my medicine and there’s no refills…”

I patrol the pharmacy for nonsense and aggressively honk at anyone who says:
“Why isn’t my prescription ready? My doctor JUST sent it.”

Employees: stay productive.
Patients: have your insurance cards ready.
And if you yell at my staff over a copay, I will peck your ankles and place you on hold indefinitely.

I survived flu season. I fear nothing.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Notice 🇺🇸

Martin’s Pharmacy will be closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.

We will resume normal business hours Tuesday, May 26.

Update as of 3/21/26: our printer is FIXED! We are able to print labels and tracking receipts now. Thank you for your patience and understanding!!

For the time being, we are unable to generate or print any UPS shipping labels. Our printer is down and UPS is sending a new one so hopefully we will be up and running really soon. We can still ship pre-generated labels and Amazon returns! Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Due to the quick arrival of the snow today, we will not be able to complete any more deliveries for the day. We are so sorry for any inconvenience. Call us at 276-250-2160 with any concerns or questions. Thank you so much for understanding!

It’s just me and Caitlin here at the pharm today braving this cold ❄️ If you need us, please use the drive-thru. And if it’s not an emergency, we really recommend staying home, staying warm, and letting these roads settle down.
We won’t be delivering today. Thank you for always being so kind and patient with us — we sure are lucky to serve this community. 🤍

Well….our drive thru drawer has decided it need a little vacation! For the rest of this Saturday our drive thru will be CLOSED! Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we will see you inside the store!
