Your AO subscription is $149 per month, plus a $49 annual QLA membership fee when you first join.
There is no separate fee for the 12-week Reset.
Your AO subscription gives you your own wellness tools to use at home while also helping support what we’re creating here at the farm — allowing me to continue offering the modalities, classes, education, community experiences and support that are all part of this journey.
And that means for the price of your AO subscription, you’re not only getting the AO system in the palm of your hand…

It has become such an important part of who I am and what I feel called to share.
