📣 WE’RE GROWING — AND WE’RE HIRING!

Westside Family Clinic continues to grow, and with that growth comes the need to add another experienced member to our team! We are currently looking for an experienced Medical Billing Specialist for an in-office position at our Russellville clinic.

We are specifically seeking someone with medical billing experience who is comfortable working accounts receivable and following claims from submission through payment.

Applicants should have experience with:
• Medical billing and insurance claims
• Accounts Receivable (A/R) and aging claims
• Working denied, rejected, and unpaid claims
• Claim follow-up and insurance correspondence
• Reviewing EOBs/ERAs and resolving payment issues
• eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Identifying billing issues and getting claims corrected and paid

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This position requires someone who knows how to follow a claim, identify why it hasn’t paid, and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Previous medical billing experience and working knowledge of eClinicalWorks are required.

Responsibilities include:
💚 Greeting and checking in patients
📞 Answering phones and scheduling appointments
🗂️ Managing patient information
💳 Collecting copays and processing payments
🤝 Providing excellent customer service while keeping the front office running smoothly

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Medical office experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
*Occasional Saturdays required.
