ALL NEW FALL OFFERINGS based in the Ancient Science of Ayurveda. During my Spring and Summer visit we worked on renewing and balancing rituals. This Fall we will focus on Grounding/Calming/Warming Rituals and preparing our bodies for Winter. I am SO excited to bring you these new offerings!

After you book your time and I confirm, you can then tell me how you would like to spend your time. Be looking for the Offerings this weekend. I will pin them, and my schedule to the top of my page.
I will only be there a short time so will fill up fast. I can't believe I'm getting to actually get to come home and see you again before my Christmas trip!! Soooo excited! You did this! You took such good care of me while I was there last time, and I think we alllll wished this into existence. I know I "spoke" it enough times and prayed hard about it. It's not always easy to take a leap of faith, but here I am. Again!

Your ritual...

The Soak: A soak in an infrared foot spa with aromatic herbs and salts.

The Mask: An all natural foot mask will be personally blended for your specific needs -- foot pain, neuropathy, arthritis, cornstarch, foot odors, or fungus. Followed by hot towels.

As your foot mask does it's work you will receive a scalp, head and neck massage. Then your foot mask will be removed for....

Marma Point Massage: Warm medicated herbal oils will be applied. Then rhythmic strokes and key energetic points of the feet stimulated to correspond to organs and internal systems.

Kansa Wand Massage: a small bronze bowl-shaped tool known as a Kansa wand, which is used to massage the marma points, gently draw out heat, and enhance energy flow.

Your Session will end with specific therapeutic essential oils to serve your needs and Thai Gua Sha.

This is a deeply transforming experience which benefits the following: 👇

Cortisol Reduction: massage therapy can decrease cortisol levels in the body by up to 30%.

Parasympathetic Activation: Massaging the soles of the feet activates the parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" system).

Chemical Boost: Foot massages stimulate the release of endorphins (natural painkillers) and serotonin, which naturally elevate mood and combat tension.

-The service begins with a hot tea service and 15 minute aromatic footbath while we chat about your current state of wellness and future goals to healing.
-You will then enter the studio for a collagen face mask, detox patches on your feet and a detox pack on your belly.
-While the detox patches/packs and mask are doing their work, you will receive Ayurvedic lymphatic massage and marma point therapy on arms, legs and hands --Then cranial sacral work on head and neck. A reflexology foot massage will end this part of your treatment.
-The last part of your service will be a lymphatic back massage with hot packs.
Essential oils will be used, as well as stretching where needed.
-Your Session will end with 15 minutes on your choice of either the Chi machine or vibration plate.
