Insulet issued an urgent voluntary medical device correction for specific Omnipod 5, DASH, and Eros pod lots due to a possible tubing/cannula issue that could lead to insulin under-delivery.

Not all pods are affected. Users should check ALL lot numbers using the official Omnipod link below.

Possible signs:
• Smell of insulin
• Wet adhesive/site
• Unexpected high blood sugars

If you start an affected pod, Omnipod should also notify you.

Do not rely only on pod alerts to detect this issue.
