Rutland County Health Partners Rutland County Health Partners (RCHP) Free Care provides free, non-urgent healthcare to uninsured and underinsured adults living in Rutland County, VT

There is never a charge for services received at the RCFC. Patients also have access to a variety of health care items and over the counter medications. If a patient is suffering from food insecurity at the time of their visit, they will be offered food items until such time as they connect with more permanent community access. RCFC partners with the Vermont Department of Health to provide access

to support programs such as YOU First and Tobacco cessation support. We assist the uninsured in obtaining affordable insurance when possible and help them find a permanent primary care provider. You may access services via RCFC is you are an adult living in Rutland County. All veterans are welcome to access services without residential restrictions. You must be uninsured or underinsured ( high deductible and/or co-pay that prevent you from obtaining care due to an out of pocket cost that you cannot afford to pay). If you are experiencing an immediate financial hardship which prevents you from obtaining medications and care to manage a chronic condition such as asthma, diabetes or high blood pressure, please call us. There is no need for you to go without your medication(s). We may be capable of helping you short-term. If you are unsure if you qualify for our services, please call us at 802-775-1360 ext. 1

Excited to be partnering with Southwestern Vermont Council on Aging next month for Poultney's Community Health Day! We will be there with our mobile healthcare van to offer basic healthcare screenings and vaccines.

Community Health Days are coming to Rutland and Bennington Counties this fall.

Join us for free health screenings, vaccines, local resources, wellness information, and a complimentary lunch, all in one welcoming place.

Whether you're looking for answers, support, or simply want to learn more about services available in your community, Community Health Days are a great opportunity to connect.

Happy National Nonprofit Day!

RCHP Free Clinic was created in 1996 to address gaps in access to healthcare for underserved individuals. 30 years later, we continue to provide free, non-urgent healthcare services to uninsured and underinsured adults in Rutland County.

As a nonprofit, we rely entirely on the generosity of our volunteers, donors, and community partners to ensure that our services remain available for our community.
