Friends - I was told by to two psychic mediums that I had to take CST. I sat on it for years after the first one told me… and a couple years later was told again by the 2nd intuitive. So, you want to know where to start? Let me see if I can help!

1. Book either an Intro to CST or a Reiki Reboot - this sets our foundation
2. From here, you can go one of two ways:
1. Stay within the same modality. If you had an Intro CST session, book a CST Tune Up. If you had a Reiki session, follow up with a recharge
2. OR, maybe you’re feeling a little spicy and want to just straight into an Integrative CST and Reiki Session!
3. You can continue to book integrative sessions, or if you prefer one modality over the other then stay with that
4. For ANY of the sessions you can add on an Accupressure reset AND/OR an Akashic Records Reading

Finally feeling called to really step into CranioSacral Therapy. This modality, to me, is a sister therapy to Reiki. Both putting you into a state of nervous system surrender that tells your body its now safe to heal it self. See, our body WANTS to self correct, but we’re not always in the optimal nervous system state to allow that. And can’t forget that we get to work with the FASCIA.. its is SO FASCINATING. Who wants to give it a go?!

This Months “Women to Witness” is a favorite of mine. You know when you meet someone out in the wild and think, wow, this is a soul connection. Whether you are new here or an OG, my commitment to you is to always provide a space you feel welcomed into. My studio is a space to let your guard down, meet yourself where you are and allow me to work with you. I can make some promises to you now:

1. I will NEVER judge you - you will never get that sense from me, ever.
2. I do not consider myself more evolved than you - we are in this together. Healing side by side.
3. I will have a regulated nervous system that way you can co-regulate with me if you are feeling out of your body and anxious.
4. If you are not comfortable with anything, we can pivot.
5. I will be your biggest cheerleader if you need the extra pep.
6. You will feel safe, grounded, at ease, and feel peaceful by the time you leave.
7. YES we can talk about all things “weird”!!
8. I will meet you exactly where you are.
