What were you thoughts during your first float?

Mine? I felt that magic of a savasana after a super intense hot yoga session - the one where you melt into your true self in its essence, without form. Whew. It keeps me coming back.

This month, we’re celebrating Dad and all he does for us!

Taking a moment to step back and actually reset, find some ground, and reconnect without the distractions of the outside world – will not only give him the break that he needs but also allow him to be so much more present as a father and a partner.

Dad’s get a lot of grief. Men get a lot of grief. But being raised by a single dad for a good portion of my life, I’ve got to admit; men are just humans too. And they need as much love and care as any living being does.

A float is a tool to cancel out that noise of the outside world telling us what existence should look like. It allows full reconnection of what is truly inside and emerge more present and clear.

Because what matters most in this life: is what time we have. So why not spend it fully present and connected with the ones that we love?
