Hairstylist Station Available

Taki’s Hair Studio is looking for independent stylists who are trustworthy, responsible, and a team players. We are located in the Bel Air shopping center off I-5 Florin Rd exit and S Land Park. We are 5 mins from downtown and have plenty of parking and onsite security. You can find us between Sherman Williams and Baan Noodle & Rice, in the corrridor, facing S Land Park Dr.

The shop is unoccupied Monday - Friday so if you’re looking to build your clientele, all walk-ins are yours.

Rent includes use of towels, gowns, drapes, working trays, and back bar. There is coffee, water, wine, snacks, magazines, Wi-Fi, and television available for your clients. I want them to feel welcome and relaxed when they are being provided a service.

All I ask is that you treat my shop like it's yours. Clean up after yourself, keep your area clean, tidy and sanitary and do your share such as a load of laundry, replace the toilet paper roll if it's low, pick up magazines clients leave behind, wipe down equipment if you smear color on it. Just keep the salon looking neat and equipment in good working order.

There are two full-time and two part-time stations available. Some part-timers will have their own station but will share a chair.

I prefer renters but I’m willing to do commission as well.

Here are the rates:

Daily (no contract, no storage space provided)...............$75
1 day a week (contract, one rollabout provided for storage)............$200 per month
2 days a week (contract, station and one rollabout provided for storage)..........$400 per month
3 days a week (contract, station, and one locker for storage).........$600 per month
4-5 days a week (contract, station, and one locker for storage)......$800 per month

Brand New Salon is looking to add a Stylist to our friendly and professional team. We seek a qualified, experienced Stylist to work on a full-time or part-time basis. In this role you will be working in a positive environment with a professional staff that has expansive knowledge in the industry. In return, you will be offered your own station to rent that includes back-bar use, towels, drapes, gowns, wi-fi, refreshments for your clients, and more.

We offer a flexible schedule with part-time (daily or 1-3 days a week) and full-time (5 days a week). Positions available, monthly rent depends on your employment status.
