Have you ever lost yourself trying to be enough for someone else?

For years, my worth, my value, my sense of self, all of it depended on being chosen. I silenced my own voice. I ignored my own wisdom. And I stayed in spaces that cost me everything.

This is a story of how I found my way back to myself. And a practice that helped bring me back home.

Today marks 8 years since my dad transitioned, what we call his month of victory. 🦋
