BRING VOICE TO YOUR CORE VALUES
Explore, Identify and anchor core values in your body, being and voice.
When we know what our core values FEEL like in our body, the clearer we can be with our yes’s and no’s in everyday life. The more our yes’s and no’s align with our core values the more ease we find in letting go of people pleasing, and can live day to day, moment to moment in authenticity. These moments make up a life filled with purpose and connection.
Bring:
1. Journal for reflection
2. Pre PLAYshop: Consider what core values feel most important in your life. We will explore further together
3. Hydrating liquids of choice :) tea, water, etc.
4. Cushion or yoga mat to sit on. There is a couch available, but if you need to be off the floor, you may want to bring a chair with you. Reach out via email if you need extra help in this regard and we will work with you!

5. Creature comforts like light blanket, rocks, stuffie or small pillow to squeeze etc.
When we ask our beings to take risks, we need comforting bits to help us do so!
