PLANT-BASED DILL-ICIOUS NO EGG SALAD EASY VEGAN TOFU EGG SALAD RECIPE

Are you craving the creamy, tangy, comforting flavors of a classic egg salad—without the eggs?

This Plant-Based Dill-icious No Egg Salad is the perfect solution!

Made with wholesome tofu, crunchy celery, zesty dill pickles, fresh dill, and a touch of turmeric and optional kala namak (black salt), this salad has all the flavor and texture of traditional egg salad while being completely vegan, cholesterol-free, and packed with plant-based protein.

Ninja CREAMi Vegan Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream

1 1/2 cups roasted, peeled, Hannah Yams or any sweet potato see below for substitutions
2 each very ripe, peeled bananas see below for substitutions
1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder see below for substitutions
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder, pure ground vanilla beans or vanilla extract optional
8-10 each Medjool dates, pitted or any kind of dates see below for substitutions
2 1/2 cups Unsweetened Plant Milk

Put all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until creamy smooth.
Pour into 2 CREAMI pint containers up to the maximum fill line, follow the manufactures instructions for freezing.

Be sure to label the containers. Freeze for 24 hours before spinning.

With the leftover mixture you can make some fudgesicle popsicles. Or add 1 Tablespoon chia seeds to the leftover mixture in the blender and process until smooth and creamy. As it chills, it will set up more.

Top with fresh fruit and enjoy.

When the pints have been in the freezer for 24 hours set a pint out for 5-10 minutes, on your counter, before spinning in the Ninja CREAMi, using the Light Ice Cream function.

If it comes out powdery, give it RE-SPIN using the RE-SPIN function.

After you spin the pint, if you want to do any MIX – IN's, use a small spoon to make a well in the center from top to bottom in the pint and put your mix ins in the well. Use the MIX IN function.

If you have 1/3 or more leftover ice cream in a pint, smooth the top and put it back in the freezer. You can spin it another day. If you don't have enough volume to spin it again, simply let it thaw a few minutes on the counter and give it a stir with a spoon and enjoy!

🔥 It’s officially BBQ season and yes… plant based BBQ can be absolutely delicious!

From smoky grilled veggies to hearty burgers, kabobs, corn on the cob, baked beans, potatoes, and colorful summer salads — there are so many ways to enjoy a backyard cookout while keeping it whole food plant based.

One of our favorite things about plant based BBQ meals is that everyone can find something they love on the table. Fresh flavors, simple ingredients, and lots of vibrant summer produce make outdoor meals extra special this time of year.

🌽 Delicious Grilled Corn With Fresh Lime Juice

Our son in law taught us how to grill corn the Honduran way.

It’s the most delicious way to eat corn on the cob.

🌽 Corn on the cob, husks removed, washed

🍋‍🟩1 lime for every ear of corn, juice the limes

Fire up the charcoal grill or the gas grill.

Place corn on the cob on the hot grill, turn every few minutes until lightly browned all around, 15-20 minutes.

Place fresh lime juice in a shallow dish, roll each cooked ear of corn in the lime juice, sprinkle with salt or salt stubstitute and serve.

I have this travel outfit in black and it is super comfortable, washes up nicely and comes in a variety of colors! It's on sale right now, so if you are planning on traveling anytime soon I highly recommend it! This is my Amazon affiliate link. It runs true to size. I am 5"3.5 and wear a size 4 and the size small fits me and it is loose not clingy just like the photo shows. The pants are cropped and my ankles show. I like to tuck the top in but its also cute worn on the outside. Looks cute with sandals too. What color would you get?

A Chopped Salad Wrap.

We are loving this easy, fresh and satisfying meal! 🥗🌯

I chopped the salad in my 15-inch wood bowl using my mezzaluna knife. You can add your favorite vinegar or salad dressing.

To make the wrap:
• Dampen a rice spring roll wrapper
• Add a sheet of nori
• Pile on the chopped salad
• Add baked tofu and red bell pepper
• Top with more salad and roll it up!

You can also add:
🥑 Avocado
🍠 Baked sweet potato
🥭 Mango
🌱 Sprouts or microgreens

Serve with extra dressing or sauce on the side for dipping or drizzling.

You could also use no-egg tofu or chickpea salad in the wrap along with chopped salad greens. So yummy and packed with flavor and texture!
