Last week we came together for a beautiful evening of sound and yoga. Thank you for everyone who showed up and shared themselves with vulnerability and authenticity. It is so special to offer this space for those who need it and want to enjoy it. Looking forward to our next gathering in February!

We are meeting up this upcoming Sunday the 17th at 5pm for a night of yin yoga, a slower movement class with longer holds. Rochelle will be playing sound bowls and holding space at her holistic center called Awaken and Align. Homemade desserts will be prepared for our enjoyment afterwards.

The desserts are made with ingredients from fresh local farms, bought at the farmers market. Chocolate mousse cakes and puddings, fresh fall fruit and warm cups of teas and hot chocolate.

New picnic coming!!

I am partnering with a wonderful woman called Rochelle; together we are collaborating for a night of yin yoga and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. We are gathering at her local business, Awaken and Align, a holistic center in downtown Roseville. November 17th from 5-7pm. Doors open at 4.30pm. So come early, grab your spot and meet your neighbour. Come cozy and feel free to bring a blanket!

Our picnic will include locally grown fresh fruit, warm winter teas and hot chocolates, along with homemade desserts like: chocolate mousse pie, cookies and pudding. Taylor made with love, care and healthy ingredients :)

Don’t miss out on this chance to nurture your brain, body, and breath for a couple hours on Sunday night.
